Saatchi & Saatchi’s new 80,000 sf El Segundo headquarters transformed a 1960s warehouse into a dynamic creative hub inspired by the idea of nurturing concepts like seeds. Studio Blitz designed a meandering path connecting open “fields” with intimate “seed pods” to foster collaboration and gradual discovery, all while celebrating the building’s industrial character with mid-century touches and LA-inspired details. As an intermediate designer on the project, I contributed to all phases—from initial concepts and spatial planning through detailed design, custom elements, and construction administration—helping ensure the space delivered on its vision of creativity, inclusivity, and long-term adaptability.
